We would like to announce and welcome Anurag Srivastava to our virtual annual conference on November 10th and 11th. Anurag will the final session on day of the event.

Anurag Srivastava is a Vice President with Everest Group, based in the London office. He leads Everest Group’s research and advisory focused on shared services, talent & workforce strategy, and delivery locations. Anurag supports large enterprises and service providers on service delivery strategy and optimisation with peer intelligence and benchmarking, work placement and hub/spoke/CoE strategies, and delivery portfolio expansion/consolidation advisory. His experience spans across all services towers (IT, BPS, contact centre, engineering/R&D) and regions.

Recent engagements include helping a large financial services firm in their 2030 global service delivery strategy, a report on global talent hotspots for delivery of Digital services (analytics, cloud, mobility, social media, IoT, automation), and advising a large natural resources firm in benchmarking its global services portfolio with select peers and identifying potential “new” functions for the shared services to expand into.

He has been with Everest Group for over ten years, and was a Manager with knowledge process pioneer, Evalueserve, for five years prior to that.
