The HR Network has been established for many years, and is one of the most popular and largest SSF UK Practitioner Networks. Being part of the network is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people who work in HR shared services from a wide variety of organisations, who are at different stages in their evolution. Each network meeting is beneficial for sharing ideas, hearing success stories, seeing other Shared Service Centres, learning from others and keeping up to date on what is happening within HR Shared Services.
Recently merged, to create the new HR & Payroll Network, the Payroll Network serves to promote best practice in the Payroll Community, encouraging dialogue between the SSF UK member organisations. The Network seeks to stimulate discussion and support the drive for continuous improvement, whilst simultaneously providing an opportunity to showcase service delivery.
The purpose of each Network Meeting is for members to network together and make new acquaintances, whilst absorbing key ‘Take Aways’ and good ideas to implement in their own Shared Service Centre.
