Customer Experience Network

Welcome to the Customer Experience Network! This vibrant community is all about sharing insights and practical experiences on how business and customer needs are driving the evolution of SSCs and GBS units. We explore how the focus on processes is shifting to incorporate a stronger emphasis on service, how technology is being leveraged to enhance customer service and experience, and the challenges encountered along the way. Through practical sharing, we highlight what is being prioritised and how members are adapting to the ever-increasing expectations of shared services customers across the business and beyond.

Our growing network aims to spark discussions and share knowledge. Our intentions are to develop positive customer experiences, building and managing broad relationships, and advancing the service management perspective on operational delivery. We focus on the service management journey, the evolving landscape of talent and technology, creating and nurturing trusted relationships, measuring and communicating stakeholder expectations, and understanding how customer experiences and expectations are changing. We emphasise the critical importance of a strong service culture within Shared Services and across the entire business.
