Simon Winfield is Managing Director for Hays in the UK & Ireland.
Simon Winfield joined Hays in April 2006 as Regional Director for the technical specialisms in Western Australia, including Resources & Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction & Property, Logistics and Manufacturing & Operations. In addition he had Australia & New Zealand responsibility for the vertical markets of Resources & Mining and Energy, Oil & Gas.
In 2008 Simon added the Northern Territory to his responsibilities following the successful opening of Hays in Darwin. In 2011 Simon was appointed as Senior Regional Director for all specialisms in Western Australia and was appointed to the operational board for Australia & New Zealand.
Simon joined the UK&I business in January of 2014 when he was appointed Managing Director of the West and Wales region, and in 2017 he was also appointed Managing Director of the Republic of Ireland. Simon was appointed Managing Director of the UK & Ireland business in July 2018.
