Sarah Burnett FBCS, a well-known industry analyst and author, is Chief Technology Evangelist at KYP.ai. Sarah specialises in Intelligent Automation and the future of work. Her thought-provoking book “The Autonomous Enterprise – Powered by AI” was published by BCS, the British Chartered Institute for IT, in February 2022 to wide acclaim. Sarah’s other roles include being a member of the Industrial Advisory Board at the Open University School of Computing.

Krishna R S is Director & Head Operational Excellence, Governance and Visuals & Creatives at Olam Global Business Services.
Krishna is a business leader with over 20 years of work experience across Finance & Accounts, SCM & Procurement, People Services, Risk & Compliance verticals. He is a seasoned Operational Excellence professional heading Operational Excellence, Governance and Visuals & Creatives practice at Olam Global Business Services [OGBS] in the capacity of Master Blackbelt. With his stint of 5 years in Olam, Krishna has played a pivotal role in creating exponential impact to Business Processes driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, Transformation Projects and Organisation wide programs using Lean, Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies coupled with implementation of cutting-edge technology partnering with Automation CoE team focusing on enhancing Customer Experience.
His previous stints include 6 years with Capgemini and 7 years with Accenture across varied Operational Excellence, Transformation and Operations roles.
