We are delighted to announce and welcome Priya Lakhani OBE, the distinguished Founder and CEO of CENTURY Tech, an award-winning global education technology company to our Future Vision: Innovate Regenerate annual conference 2025.
Priya stands at the forefront of AIpowered learning tools development for institutions worldwide. With a background as a barrister and a successful tenure in FMCG, Priya's multifaceted expertise has earned her recognition as a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2021.
Her impressive list of accolades includes the MIT SOLVE award in 2018, the title of National Economic Innovator of the Year by The Spectator in 2019, and Business Entrepreneur of the Year bestowed by the Chancellor of the Exchequer in 2009. Acknowledging her significant contributions to education and technology, Priya was honoured with an OBE in 2014 and received an honorary doctorate from Coventry University's engineering faculty in 2020.
Notably, Priya has played a pivotal role in shaping AI policies, advising the UK Government, serving on the government's AI Council, and contributing to Sir Patrick Vallance's review of AI. A thought leader in education, she has authored a book on the subject and is a sought-after commentator on global headlines for BBC World News and BBC Radio London, offering insightful perspectives on AI for various broadcasters.
