With over 13 years of experience as a Credit Manager, I’ve built a career grounded in financial insight, operational efficiency, and people-focused leadership. My journey spans a range of industries—from motoring to equipment hire—giving me a broad perspective on credit risk, cashflow management, and customer relationship dynamics across different business models.
Currently, I lead a team of 28 professionals, where my focus is on strengthening end-to-end processes to deliver a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric order-to-cash journey. I’m passionate about creating environments where teams thrive—empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce risk, and improve financial performance. Whether it’s implementing smarter credit policies, enhancing reporting frameworks, or navigating complex customer portfolios, I’m committed to delivering sustainable growth through intelligent credit management.
