Over the past 4 years Mike has taken these skills honed within industry and transitioned to support the robust implementation of the BlackLine AR solutions to their global customers. He believes this insight allows him to become a trusted partner in the delivery of a successful implementation.
Through each role Mike has undertaken, he has sought additional responsibility on a frequent basis, thriving in, and being proud of a track record of high performance with specialty in delivering and forming high performing teams and delivering key results.
An individual ethos of continuing personal development has seen him develop and evolve his skills consistently, with key career progression regularly within the past 15 years. He has embraced management responsibility early on within his career and excel in delivering against challenges and targets with a keen detail around quality control and ensuring delivery for customers.
