Mark Rotheram is Chief Technology Officer at BCN Group, where he leads the company's technology strategy and its evolution into an AI-led managed services business. With more than 20 years' experience in technology, transformation and operational excellence, Mark brings extensive expertise in helping organisations align technology with business outcomes.
Prior to joining BCN, Mark held senior leadership roles at DXC Technology and has worked closely with global technology partners, including IBM, contributing to the development of Watson AI and presenting at the World of Watson conference. Today, he leads BCN's AI and Innovation team and oversees company-wide AI adoption programmes, providing valuable insight into how organisations can successfully embed AI into day-to-day operations.
Joining Mark is Ban Hasan, AI & Data Innovation Consultant at BCN Group. Ban specialises in the safe, strategic and human-centred adoption of AI, helping organisations maximise value from emerging technologies while ensuring people remain at the heart of transformation.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning Business Management and Accounting, an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, Ban brings a unique combination of commercial, operational and behavioural expertise. Her work focuses on executive engagement, AI strategy, adoption programmes, governance, training and capability building, helping organisations confidently navigate the people and change aspects of AI transformation.
Together, Mark and Ban bring a powerful blend of technological, operational and behavioural expertise, making them ideally placed to help organisations understand both the opportunities and challenges presented by AI.
During the session, they will explore why successful AI transformation is about far more than implementing new technology, focusing on how organisations can improve business outcomes, redesign work and help people embrace new ways of working with confidence.
