Luke Grant-Maw
Luke is a Business Manager at Hays and has specialised in Finance Recruitment for 9 years. He currently manages the High Wycombe office and leads Regional Public Sector recruitment team across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire and supports a variety of clients across multiple sectors. With the last 6 years solely dedicated to supporting the Senior/Qualified Finance Market, Luke has experience in recruiting for a variety of different roles across the finance spectrum.
Richard Horrocks
Richard is a Senior Business Director who has been with Hays since 1997. He has spent many years working with a broad range of clients, enabling them to recruit and retain Finance professionals at all levels. He is responsible for a headcount of 32 and for all of Hays' recruitment operations in Milton Keynes, including the following specialisms; Technology, Qualified and Non-Qualified Finance, Business Support, Marketing, HR, Education, Social Care, Logistics and Purchase & Supply. Richard continues to deliver high value multi-faceted talent acquisition strategies and permanent and interim recruitment campaigns to clients across Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants.
