Over the last 15 years Layal has specialised in technology enabled transformation, process and control optimisation, and planning and performance management across a wide range of sectors including Life Sciences, Media, Telecommunications, Technology, Energy and Consumer Products.
She has Led global multimillion pound Finance and supply chain transformation including process optimisation, automation and performance reporting programmes delivering significant efficiency improvements (over 200% ROI), improved tax and financial reporting compliance, reduced cash leakage (upto 33%) and improved margin.
She has also set up and led comprehensive global programmes to identify cash recovery opportunities (up to 2000% ROI), prevent future losses and improve relationships with third parties using a combination of OTC reviews, AP analytics, contract compliance, licensing reviews and third party productivity improvement.
Layal has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering and I am a Certified Internal Auditor.
