We are delighted to welcome Karen Fagan, Head of Treasury Consultancy at AccessPay, to the Future Vision : Resilience Rebooted Annual Conference, where she will be joining us as our guest speaker and chairing the Source to Pay Networking Live on Day 2.
Karen leads AccessPay’s consultancy arm, focused on strengthening control and visibility across payment processes. A former treasury leader at ITV, she brings extensive experience across transformation, bank integration technologies and compliance, alongside a deep understanding of how P2P and finance functions are evolving.
Karen will be chairing a panel discussion during the Source to Pay Networking Live - 'When good enough becomes the enemy of growth: Building a resilient finance operation for what comes next'. The conversation will explore how finance and Source to Pay teams can build stronger, more resilient foundations as AI, automation, regulation and changing business demands continue to reshape the function.
