Jonathan Bannister started his career in 1990 working for Leo Burnett Advertising in London and then Hong Kong as a communications strategist. On his return to the UK in 1999, he set up a graphic design agency and then a commercial film production company. In 2010 he founded Make Happy to help businesses exploit their creativity and innovation capabilities. Jonathan runs workshops online and face-to-face all over the world.
Jonathan is on the UK leadership team of the International Association of Facilitators; is part of the core education faculty of the Creative Education Foundation in the USA and teaches their Foundation Course in Creative Problem Solving; he is a certified Lego Serious Play instructor and facilitator.
Jonathan created the Social Business Canvas to help social entrepreneurs map and strengthen their business models and was listed as one of the 100 on the second ‘Maserati 100’ index; a definitive list of Britain’s most successful philanthropists, investors, mentors and advisors who are today supporting the next generation of up and coming business talent; for his work with social entrepreneurs.
