We are delighted to announce that Jon Hurry, Partner at Investigo Government Solutions (IGS), will be joining us as a guest speaker at our upcoming Public Sector Forward Focus session on September 24th.
Jon brings extensive experience supporting large-scale transformation across UK Central Government, working closely with senior stakeholders to design, manage and deliver complex change programmes. As a Partner at IGS Transform, he helps organisations navigate transformation with confidence, ensuring programmes are aligned, mobilised effectively and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.
With a career spanning transformation, talent and organisational change, Jon has developed a strong track record of building and leading high-performing consultancy teams to support some of the public sector's most significant programmes. His experience provides a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face when balancing transformation ambitions with operational delivery.
Jon is currently supporting colleagues within the Matrix Shared Services Programme, helping to drive cross-government alignment, service readiness and delivery confidence at scale. Through this work, he has gained valuable insight into the opportunities, challenges and priorities shaping public sector transformation today.
During the session, Jon will explore what high-performing organisations are doing differently in 2026, sharing observations and insights on the trends, challenges and opportunities influencing business operations. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on productivity, transformation, organisational capability and the factors contributing to long-term success.
