We are delighted to announce and welcome Harry Gooding, Director at Hays to SSF UK Collaboration Week 2023.
Harry is a Solutions Director at Hays, and leads Hays Skills, a new business in the Hays portfolio, supporting our customer network to develop skills development programmes that open up employment opportunities to ‘undiscovered talent’ communities. After beginning his career in recruitment, he then worked in VC backed start-ups and scale-ups for six years across two different portfolios before joining Hays.
Hays session is entitled "Creating tomorrow’s workforce, today; how Hays is working with undiscovered talent to address your skills shortages".
An interactive session to explore the skills shortage, how it really impacts organisations and how to address it. We’ll explore alternative solutions to addressing acute skills shortages with a focus on the transformative impact of skills development programmes and how to open up opportunities to undiscovered talent communities.
Harry will featuring on day 2 of Collaboration Week, Tuesday May 16th at 2pm and we look forward to sharing details on how to register for this event when invites go out next month.
