We would like to welcome Emma Leonis to our virtual annual conference. Emma will be a guest speaker as part of the Networking Live session "The future of HR Shared Services and how technology supports this" on day 1 of the conference.
Emma Leonis is Executive Director, HR Transformation, at LACE Partners. She is a seasoned HR transformation specialist and is passionate about helping clients optimise HR service delivery and the employee experience. During her career, she has led some of the largest global HR change programmes with clients across the Private Sector and Financial Services. Such projects involved the design and implementation of HR target operating models, organisational structures, shared services and service delivery technology. In addition to client delivery, Emma leads LACE’s research and thought leadership into the future of HR. She was co-author of ‘HR on the Offensive’, a white paper which explores why HR functions still struggle to seize the opportunity to deliver bottom line value to their organisations, and which provides practical guidance to help enable change. Emma spent over 10 years at Deloitte before joining LACE Partners in early 2018.
