Denise is a hybrid work researcher who develops cutting-edge thought leadership at the intersection of systems thinking, futurist thinking, and human potential.
She is the Founder and Head of Data & Insights at SWAYworkplace; a B2B learning & development consultancy that specialises in optimising performance in hybrid work models through measurable behaviour change.
She has upskilled teams at some of the world's leading public and private companies, and governmental agencies.
She sees the Future of Work as an unprecedented opportunity to reimagine work in a way that allows us to live balanced, purposeful, and meaningful lives; and has a burning desire to develop a Future of Work mindset in the everyday person.
She founded SWAYworkplace with the mission to level the playing field through the power of hybrid by delivering hybrid work skills mastery, at scale.
Denise holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BBS in Finance & Economics from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children, and finds inspiration for SWAY on early morning runs.
