Michelle Corrigan, Senior Associate and Jenny Walker Associate in the employment, immigration and pensions team at international law firm DACBeachcroft LLP will lead their session on Thursday July 14th at 1pm.
MICHELLE CORRIGAN
Michelle advises a wide range of employers on all aspects of employment law and HR practice.
Michelle has advised many household names - including a large financial institution and many well-known private and public sector employers and charities.
Michelle has advised on large scale reorganisations (project managing collective redundancies and changes to terms and conditions). She also deals with complex advisory work including complex grievances and disciplinaries, data protection, senior management exits and post termination business protection. She also has extensive experience of employment litigation including sensitive multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing cases and worker status issues.
Michelle has also conducted HR consultancy work (including investigatory work) and has extensive experience of delivering training to HR professionals and operational managers.
Michelle is known for her dedication to clients and her pragmatic approach.
JENNY WALKER
Jenny qualified as an Employment lawyer in 2010 and joined DAC Beachcroft in June 2021.
Jenny acts for clients in both the public and private sectors, advising on the full breadth of employment law issues, from providing helpline advice on day to day HR queries to advising on strategic projects such as restructures and collective consultations. Jenny has particular expertise in employment tribunal litigation and regularly advises clients in relation to complex and high value claims involving allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
Jenny prides herself on delivering focussed, strategic advice that aligns with her clients’ commercial aims, culture and values and has been named as a “Rising Star” in the Legal 500 Directory for the last three years.
