Over the last 14 years, Coreen has worked with some of the world’s largest retail & manufacturing brands to help improve customer experience and profitability by implementing transformative intelligent automation projects at scale.
Spending so much time with brands at various stages of data maturity, she has learned that the industry is dealing with more data than what they know what to do with, and without reliable data, achieving true intelligent automation is nearly impossible.
“Even the most advanced organisations are still only using 20% of their data strategically” and she estimates that the opportunities missed are astronomical.
As a result, Coreen’s new quest in life is to help organisations look to the future, understand the art of the possible, embrace a new data driven culture and then build out roadmaps for taking their Decision Intelligence game to the next level.
