They achieve this by delivering sustainability skills education and accredited Carbon Literacy training: they trained over 2,000 people in 2024 from small to large businesses, local authorities, education and the public, including collaborations with the Department for Education and regional Net Zero Hubs. They also lead projects and, through our non-profit trading subsidiary, providing outstanding green recruitment and employment services. A charity and non-profit, CAUK have been educating, inspiring and empowering people for over 25 years.

MEET THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Eleanor Wills, Education & Skills Manager
After studying environmental science, Eleanor worked in higher education to embed sustainability into cross-organisation strategy areas including estates, curriculum, engagement and scope 3 emissions. She now leads the Education & Skills team at Change Agents UK, developing and delivering effective partnerships and training to a range of sectors. Blending net zero and operational experience with a people-focused, fun and co-creative approach, her workshops provide the knowledge of what we need to do while also nurturing transformational skills and personal growth.
Carmen Venier, Sustainability Education & Engagement Officer
Carmen started her career in environmental science, studying the ecotoxicity of chemical pollutants before becoming a secondary school science teacher. In her role as an educator, she focused on developing engaging ways to inspire young people to get involved in sustainability and the environment. In her role at Change Agents UK, Carmen delivers workshops and training to various groups and sectors both online and in-person. She is passionate about delivering inspiring training and getting people excited for how they can create their biggest impact.
Elspeth Yates, Head of People / Development and Coaching Lead
Elspeth started her career on oil rigs as a geologist. It was through mentoring the graduate scheme at an oil company that Elspeth first encountered the world of coaching and purposeful careers. Leaving the industry in 2014 she has focussed on people development and team dynamics, delivering workshops and 1-2-1 sessions with our clients, learners and recruitment candidates. Her passion lies in delivering large group workshops to inspire and develop both individuals and teams, and also in helping people define their purpose and create their version of success.
The interactive workshop will be taking place on day 1 of our flagship event, November 11th at Chester Cathedral and we look forward to welcoming Change Agents to our membership community!!
