DR WILLIAM HOLDEN
In 1990 Will became the sole owner of Sewells. Prior to owning Sewells, he was the Divisional Vice President (Europe) of the Ryan Insurance Group (that morphed into being the AON Corporation) where he was responsible for growing the sales and accounts of finance and insurance products and services across Europe.
Will is an inspirational and entertaining speaker who has appeared as a motivational and business development expert on TV, radio and other media such as The Times and The Sunday Times.
A compelling and charismatic individual, who is highly respected by all his clients, as a man of honesty and integrity. His judgement and advice are keenly sought as he possesses a deep understanding of what drives human behaviour. He recognises that the attitudes people choose can affect not only individual performance, but also have an enormous impact on the performance of others. As this can be either positive or negative, it also has dramatic implications for the speed that change is adopted within organisations.
GAIL HARRISON
Extremely experienced learning and development designer, deliverer and consultant. Over twenty years operational experience in a variety of roles within the Travel Industry and the Legal Profession, with practical experience in Customer Service, Operations, Sales and Learning and Development and subsequent experience as a full time consultant and coach.
Gail is passionate about supporting individuals, teams and businesses to achieve their full potential. She has worked with a number of organisations across a range of industries delivering Leadership Development Programmes, Change and Transformation programmes, Management Development Centres, Coaching Workshops, Performance Management approaches, Sales & Sales Management Programmes, 121 Coaching for Managers, Performance coaching, & Team Building activities.
Gail is a fully qualified NLP Master Practitioner, am MBTI accredited at Level 1 & 2 and have completed my post graduate certificate in Business and Personal Coaching through Barefoot coaching and Chester University.
