We are delighted to announce and welcome Martin Connolly, Client Development Director at The Institute of Customer Service to our annual conference 2024.
Martin is an experienced leader in culture change and strategy, particularly having led on extensive culture change projects across the NHS, and helping multiple organisations co-create strategic plans and improve employee experience.
He started his career in client services with Deutsche Bank, leading their customer service team for several years, and has extensive experience in relationship management with Bloom Procurement. In 2020, he was elected Public Governor at Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust in London.
Now with the Institute of Customer Service, the UK's only independent professional body for customer service, Martin works with a wide range of high profile and complex organisations and brands across multiple sectors, helping to build truly customer centric cultures. He is a Fellow of the RSA and based in York.
