We are delighted to announce and welcome Andy Hook, Co Founder at Continuate to our flagship annual conference this November.
Andy started Continuate having trained at PwC in audit before moving into finance transformation both as an independent contractor and working in-house at clients delivering a wide range of global programmes.
His transformation experience covers the broad variety of finance transformation projects across clients of different geographies, scales and size from finance organisation design through to technology transformation. This experience is from both a selection and strategy perspective through to a turnaround perspective where programmes may have failed or stalled against their objectives. A key focus area for Andy and his team at Continuate is on adoption and ensuring changes to org design, processes and systems are not just one-off but embedded and adopted as part of a continuous improvement mindset.
Andy will be featuring at the Financial Accounting & Reporting Networking Live session to share what his experiences are of AI drawing on his experiences of client and prospect discussions, market drives and how leading applications are rolling out AI to core finance and accounting processes.
