SSF UK is delighted to welcome our new Forum Manager, Sharon Adams to the team!
A fellow of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Sharon is a passionate believer in standards of excellence, knowledge sharing and thought leadership. For the past five years, Sharon has assisted over 50 UK companies achieve CICMQ accreditation and now brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Shared Services Forum Manager. In her own words, Sharon explains why this new role is so important to her:
