Our flagship event will take place VIRTUALLY on the 10th and 11th of November 2020.
We’ve just entered a new decade. What will the next ten years bring in terms of technology, advancement, people, talent, leadership and the workplace needs in general that the next generation will help create and encourage us all to develop and evolve in the future?
The future of work, veiled behind a shroud of uncertainty, a flurry of dynamic change and a cloud of digital leaps, appears often to be mysterious. The fact that work, as we know it has and is continuing to change and be redefined, is no debate. But what do these changes mean for the modern workplace? What meaning would they hold a decade from now? Are we truly prepared for the major trends that could impact the future of work in the next ten years to come?.
All events leading up to our flagship annual conference will take us through a journey of learning & exploration discovering what the NextTEN NextGEN really means!
Building on the success of last year, with our Community, Leadership, Evolution and Conference Theme award, we are excited to announce we will be adding a further 2 awards this year, most engaged Network Chair and most engaged Member Organisation.
Someone who has really stepped up and looked after their network this year. They have followed the blueprint, providing all confirmed dates, venues and agendas to schedule. They have engaged on the website and social media, provided images and summaries after each meeting and delivered 3 fantastic network events throughout 2020.
The organisation who has had the most presence throughout the year within the forum. They have collectively shared meetings and news via the website and social media, attended many of our events. Taken part in discussions during events and on the website and have stood out as being the most engaged member organisation of 2020.
This award category has been created to recognise a member company who can describe and demonstrate their ‘NextTEN NextGEN’ strategy. They will have having a clear vision and strategic plan for their future operating environment, incorporating a long term view of change, delivery and performance in both people and technology dimensions. They will be able to clearly articulate what they are doing right now – and planning to do in years to come - to ensure that they create the right collaborative culture, sustainable environment and flexible infrastructure to make ‘NextTEN Next GEN’ a reality, and their future business destination.
Voting for the awards will be the same process as last year via the website. We are going to open the nominations earlier to allow all members enough time to vote. Voting will open on the 1st of September 2020.
