Great to see all our SSF UK Leaders yesterday to explore the impact of Postive Hybrid Leadership on Organisational Success.
Building upon the great discussions and resulting areas for future focus from our previous Leaders events this year, David and Lisa hosted a short interactive session to hear and highlight member leader priorities for equipping themselves and their teams with new capabilities to enable successful performance in the hybrid working world.
We then welcomed Denise Brouder, Founder, Head of Data & Insights at SWAY Workplace for an immersive 90-minute workshop experience which was designed to empower our Leaders with a detailed understanding of what it takes to drive performance in hybrid using a proven methodology.
