As a People Project Manager within Virgin Care, you’ll join a team who are focused on delivering impeccable support function for our colleagues and service users. You will join a People team that’s aim is to add value to our services and drive continuous improvement through the use of technology and innovation. The People team work collaboratively to encourage diverse thinking and positive change that make our service users and staff feel the difference.
Your days will be challenging and outcome -driven, rewarding and varied and include:
You will be based primarily in remotely. Joining a team remotely can have its challenges, but the People team have created a supportive and inclusive culture where you will quickly feel like part of them team despite not being in the office environment.
Our office is in Runcorn. It is a brand-new office that our central People and Service team are based and has discounted onsite gym and an onsite restaurant.
You will have a practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices. A background in project management with a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practice. You will have extensive experience in data management, analysis and presentation.
