THE RISE OF THE ETHICAL LEADER - MARCH 2023 LEADERS EVENT

This morning we held the first Leader's event of the year and it was great to see everyone online. David Herd and Lisa Hooly kicked of an interactive Sli/do session exploring Ethical Leadership, discussing how creating a positive workplace, up skilling, improving communication and the wellbeing of employees  and boosting the overall moral can result in employees remaining loyal, a lower staff turnover and higher team performance and productivity.

Sarah Burnett, Chief Technology Evangelist at KYP.ai, provided an excellent overview of Productivity Mining sharing insights to on how shared services organisations can achieve better business outcomes. Sarah shared real life examples of improved processes, and better customer and employee engagement.

We also welcomed Krishna Ramkrishnan, Director & Head Operational Excellence, Governance and Visuals & Creatives at Mindsprint who presented a case study which shared insights on the following:

• Applying cutting edge Technology to perform Digital Value Stream Analysis at Scale coupled with real-time Operations Monitoring in partnership with KYP.ai
• Understanding the magnitude & complexity of the processes executed at GBS across multiple service verticals in a hybrid working model environment meant traditional approaches would never work
• Maximising automation potential using the in-house S.O.A.R framework & executed by the Automation CoE team enabling them to consistently achieve Business Transformation through Operational Excellence practices, Hyper Automation platforms & Analytics driven Insights leading to superior Customer Experience.
