We recently asked you four multiple choice questions which would help us determine the direction of the SSF UK forum for 2018 and this what you said...
1. Do you think 3 of each Network Events per year is the right amount?
89% said yes!
2. Summer Leaders Event - what format should this take?
56% said - Social event at a country house with knowledge exchange expert input.
3. Annual Conference - where should this be located?
78% said - North West
4. Christmas Leaders Event - what format should this take?
89% said - Social event at the House of Commons or other prestigious location.
We then asked for your opinion on the changes you would like to see to assist us in the development of our forum.
This is what you told us...
"I think the leaders/chairs need to commit to having representatives at the network meetings",
"It would be really good to have a blog on the website'.
"It would be nice to try and encourage some form of networking events in Northern Ireland - Stormont may be of interest - quite a prestigious location and only a short drive from Belfast City Airport",
"As a new shared service centre, I'm always very interested to see what others are using in respect of software, hardware and or even processes used/ KPI's used / reporting used etc.
Demonstrations and case studies on benefits of various things such as diallers, robotic automation software, dashboards, automatic reporting tools/ automatic communication tools such as
sms/ whats app etc..."
"progressing through small claims court for any debts less than £3k. Knowledge sharing and learning around the legal processes, decrees, enforcements, court attendance etc would be useful"
