Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place next month from May 12th until 18th and in support of this important week and to raise awareness we would like to share a couple of webinars that collaborators CIC will be running during the week.
Wednesday May 14th at 12pm
This webinar will explore the importance of community in fostering mental health and wellbeing both at work and in personal life. Harry Key, Head of Global Specialist Services will highlight the importance of community and connection and the impact it has on our mental health and wellbeing and explore actionable strategies to build supportive networks around us.
Thursday May 15th at 12pm
Change can be overwhelming and difficult to deal with. In this session Clara Pappalettera, Consultant Psychologist and Life Coach will explore the ways we can harness change as a catalyst for personal growth and resilience. Clara will explore the opportunities that lie within life's transitions and how these can foster positive mental health and well-being by embracing change as a powerful force for self-improvement.
