This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and YOLO Wellbeing are running an online session for members for SSF UK Collaboration Week 2023 on Wednesday 17th May which we have themed #wellbeingwednesday.
This 1 hour session asked the question "Are you sitting UNcomfortably'? and will change the way you sit at your desk…resulting in more energy; less aches and pains, and better long term physical and mental health. Prepare to be engaged and entertained with a mix of education, conversation, and gentle movement.
