Do you want to see increased access to Mental Health support?
The last few years have put an immense pressure on everyone's wellbeing. Mind Over Mountains have just launched their first ever challenge event. This July, they are bringing people together to step out for mental health with a view-drenched 20 mile route along the infamous Edale Skyline in the Peak District taking place on July 9th 2022 from 7:30am until 6pm.
This is an amazing chance to bring teams together in a common endeavour, to step away from the daily to do and push yourselves that little bit further in the safe hands of our mountain guides. All while raising some money to help Mind Over Mountains reach more of those in need.
It's just £10 to participate. You are welcome to join as an individual or as a team - as with all of their events they promise a steady pace, with plenty of time to walk and talk with others.
