Stefanie Sword-Williams Announced as Closing Keynote for Future Vision: Resilience Rebooted Annual Conference

We are super excited to announce Stefanie Sword-Williams as our closing keynote speaker for this year’s Future Vision: Resilience Rebooted Annual Conference taking place on November 11th and 12th at Emirates Old Trafford.

Stefanie is an award-winning TEDx speaker, author, and founder of F*ck Being Humble, a global movement and consultancy that reframes self-promotion as an essential skill rather than a character flaw. Recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in Europe and named amongst the Top 50 Workplace Leaders in the UK, Stef has built an international reputation for challenging outdated ideas around confidence, visibility, and modern leadership.

Her debut book, 'F*ck Being Humble: Why Self-Promotion Isn't a Dirty Word', became a Sunday Times bestseller and has sold over 10,000 copies, helping individuals and organisations rethink how credit and recognition are handled at work. Stef's impactful talks have reached audiences in over 50 countries, with global brands including Apple, Google, Nike, Adidas, Microsoft, Unilever, and the BBC inviting her to deliver keynotes and workshops. Her work has been featured in Vogue, BBC World News, The Financial Times, and Forbes, whilst her loyal online following has grown to over 200,000. A Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, Stef founded This Might Help in 2022, a support platform offering guidance for people navigating mental health challenges, sexual assault, and trauma. She continues to reinvest profits and time into community projects aimed at improving lives, demonstrating her commitment to creating
meaningful change beyond the corporate stage.

Stef equips audiences with practical tools to advocate for themselves without apology. Her sessions blend research, lived experience, and actionable strategies that help people overcome the fear of visibility and step confidently into their worth. Whether addressing leadership teams navigating cultural change or individuals seeking to own their achievements, Stef delivers talks that shift mindsets and inspire lasting behavioural change. Audiences leave empowered to celebrate their successes, speak up about their contributions, and build workplaces where talent is recognised and rewarded.

Stefanie’s session will bring together the theme of Resilience Rebooted, leaving members with a renewed understanding of what it means to lead and thrive in today’s workplace. We look forward to welcoming Stef to close out our flagship event and to concluding our flagship event on a note that is empowering, thought-provoking and deeply human.
