SSF UK is pleased to welcome Work Well Being as a new wellbeing collaborator, further strengthening our commitment to supporting the health, resilience and performance of leaders and teams across the shared services community.
Work Well Being is a specialist workplace wellbeing and performance consultancy that has spent more than a decade helping organisations build healthier people and stronger, more sustainable performance. Their work combines evidence‑based training, leadership development and practical wellbeing programmes designed to meet the real pressures of modern working life. They partner with organisations across the UK and internationally, from fast‑growing start‑ups to global firms, with particular expertise in finance, technology and professional services.
Their approach is practical, human and grounded in psychology. Work Well Being focuses on embedding proactive and preventative approaches to wellbeing that strengthen performance, retention and workplace culture. By concentrating on the individual, leadership and cultural factors that influence how people work and feel, they help organisations adapt, perform and stay well during ongoing change.
This philosophy aligns closely with SSF UK’s commitment to fostering healthier working environments across shared services — environments where teams feel supported, purpose‑driven and equipped to thrive.
As part of our collaboration, we are delighted to share that Work Well Being will be featuring at our upcoming virtual Leaders Event this March, bringing their expertise directly to our leadership community. More details on this session will be shared very soon.
We look forward to working closely with Work Well Being throughout 2026 and beyond, bringing our members valuable insight, meaningful support and practical tools that strengthen wellbeing and performance across the shared services profession.
