We are delighted to welcome Shiv Seth, AI Adoption Lead at Cogna, as a guest speaker at our Digital & Operational Excellence Networking Live, taking place on Day 2 of the SSF UK Annual Conference.
Shiv helps teams get genuinely good at using AI. Working with teams within Cogna and with customers across physical industries, he supports people to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
From identifying where AI can improve a process and designing practical automations around the way people actually work, to helping teams build the skills to identify and develop new use cases themselves, Shiv’s focus is on turning AI from something people simply have access to into something they know how to use effectively.
Shiv's session 'Learning AI by Using It: How an AI-First Company Works Day to Day', will ask the question
'What does becoming AI-first actually look like in practice'?
At Cogna, every employee works with an AI assistant as part of their day-to-day role. Shiv will share the reality behind that journey, from the tools they chose and why, to where AI adds the most value and where people still need to make the call. The session will explore what Cogna has learned through actually using AI across the business, including what worked, what didn’t and what they got wrong along the way and include a live demonstration bringing everything to life and showcasing some of the work AI now handles.
Rather than focusing on the theory of AI adoption, this session offers an honest, practical look at learning AI by using it, with useful first steps and ideas that teams can take away and apply, wherever they are on their own AI journey.
We are really looking forward to welcoming Shiv and the wider Cogna team to the conference. As one of our Headline Sponsor's, Cogna will be with us across both days, exhibiting and featuring in our Innovation Zone, giving members plenty of opportunity to meet the team, ask questions and continue the conversation.
Make sure you look out for Shiv on Day 2 and head over to meet the Cogna team during the conference this November at Emirates Old Trafford.
