This year’s theme, Change Needs All Of Us, reinforces the message that progress requires collective commitment, responsibility and consistent effort.
Created by Race Equality Matters, the week provides a national platform for organisations to reflect on their culture, explore how fair and inclusive their systems are, and consider what more can be done to ensure that everyone feels valued and able to contribute.
