SSF UK is pleased to announce a new collaboration with urfuture, as we continue to champion innovation and support the future of talent across OUR shared services community.
urfuture is the UK’s fastest growing social-first, science-led job app. We use a proprietary behavioural science matching algorithm to connect Gen Z with entry level and early careers roles that fit their personality and motivations serving them vacancies they would’ve never thought of before- helping employers attract higher-intent, more diverse talent while reducing bias and enabling faster filtering of candidates.
This collaboration marks an exciting step forward for SSF UK as we bring fresh thinking and new talent‑led perspectives into our network. As part of the partnership, we will be hosting an online Collaborator Connect with the urfuture team this May. Further details will be announced shortly.
