This will end. The celebration will be global. But for now it is time for each of us to show up, to care forourselves and for others and to be part of delivering our collective future. To do that, we need skills to manage the extra mental load and deal with anxieties, skills to adapt fast to our new realities and the changing needs of others, and skills to plan and strive despite huge uncertainty.
