RELAUNCH OF THE HACKETT GROUP CERTIFIED GBS CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS

On April 4, 2022 The Hackett Group will be launching new versions of all three of their GBS certificationprograms: 
- Certificate, for associates performing transactional or knowledge-based work- Diploma, designed for either mid-level managers running a process work team within a leveraged centre, or a senior associate within a leveraged centre preparing for a role as a manager- Advanced Diploma, for current leaders of a GBS organisation, GBS centre, or one of the members of the GBS organisation’s senior management team.
