- Reporting - benchmarking insights.
After an engaging group discussion, there was a tour of the Lonza Shared Service Centre.
After a networking lunch, Diane provided an insightful presentation on "The life of an invoice". This included the history of the Manchester Shared Services, including its migration, stabilisation and harmonisation. The evolution, including the 3 stages to the peak. Feedback from the event has been extremely positive, with 100% of our members clicking YES on the live Sli.do poll, when asked how useful the session was to them. There was also a comment posted on LinkedIn from our host Diane:
"Thankyou to everyone who attended, great participation, networking and discussion."

We would also like to thank everyone that attended and presented and made the event a huge success.
