I had the pleasure of attending my first SSF UK Network event last week. The Payroll Network is an active group who have had some fabulous meetings at locations such as Coronation Street and the IMAX in the Printworks and this meeting was no exception. Although the heady heights of Salford Quays can't quite compare to rubbing shoulders with Ken Barlow, this meeting was a great example of everything SSF UK is all about.
The group is really supportive of each other and show great examples where they help each other with challenges - BAE Systems working with support from BUPA on the Apprenticeship Levy; advice and support provided for each other on moving to online payslips and self-service - both great examples of where our community can really add value to each other.
