This morning we hosted the online HR & Payroll network event. It was a great event with lots of interaction and discussion.
Network Chairs Lisa Dennis, Kathryn Pendlebury and Jessica Ritchie put together a fantastic agenda which included breakout sessions to explore how HR & Payroll can harness Artificial Intelligence and asked the question of how are we keeping the Human in HR in a tech-focused world.
Marcus da Silva, Partner - Head of HR Technology at BaseLinked shared a fantastic session exploring the impact of AI and Automation on the future of work – from understanding the digital workplace to approaching implementations and we had a truly insightful member contribution from Anna Bondsfield and Jade Viccars from Ratheyon Technologies, who shared a real-life example of automating a manual process to improve candidate experience.
