Today we kicked off Q3 with the online Financial Accounting network event. Network Chair Lubnah Alam facilitated a session to talk about some value added topics to improve the way we work and engage with our businesses.
This event ienabled some interesting conversation as we see a growing need for GPO’s (Global Process Owners) – the value they bring to an organisation whether that be for R2R, P2P, OTC or Master Data. Is this borne out of necessity or driven from restructure during Finance Transformations?
Finance Policies is always a bone of contention? Who writes them, who owns them? Who manages the changes? How is policy compliance driven within an organisation? These are also some of the questions we debating during the session!
