Nominations for the FutureVision awards open next week Monday 5th September!!!!!
We have our 3 core awards for Community, Leadership and Evolution and the Conference Theme award, RECONNECT RESET REINVENT, all of which are part of the nominations process. We also also welcoming back the, most engaged Network Chair and most engaged Member Organisation. These will be chosen using event and engagement data and decided by the SSF UK Board.
COMMUNITY
Someone who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.
LEADERSHIP
Someone who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to their team.
EVOLUTION
Someone who has embraced change, technology or other opportunities to create transformation and helped show others the way, through their vision.
RECONNECT | RESET | REINVENT
This award category has been created to recognise a member company who are helping to shape the future of their business through their own ‘Reconnect | Reset | Reinvent’ strategy. They will have a clear vision and plan for making the future of work a reality in their world; ensuring their people identify with company purpose, vision, values - and ultimately each other - as they embrace holistic humans, working wherever and however they work best. Focus will be on growing both culture and leadership that prioritises and balances People, Purpose and Planet for the future. They will be able to clearly articulate what they are doing right now – and planning to do in years to come - to embrace the possibilities of the future of work, and make it work for everyone, as they Reconnect, Reset, Reinvent towards their future business destination.
Please email your nominations to Events@sharedservicesforumuk.com including a brief description of who you are nominating and why, along with a photograph of the nominee.
Please note it is one nomination per category for each member organisation - (a max of 4 nominations and the same person cannot be nominated for more than 1 award). Please keep your description to no more than 250 words, any words above this will not be included. You will only be voting for the community, leadership, evolution and conference theme award.
Nominations will close on Monday October 3rd, voting will then begin via the website on Monday October 10th and close on Friday October 28th.
We cant wait to celebrate all the fantastic achievements of our members throughout 2022 at the FutureVision awards ceremony on the evening of day 1 of the annual conference. Lets make this year our best year ever!!!
