Recognising someone or a team who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed, or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the wider community in which their shared services operate.

Leadership Award

Recognising someone who has consistently shown exceptional leadership qualities in Shared Services, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to those in their teams experiencing their leadership.

Evolution Award

Recognising someone or a team who has embraced change, technology, and other opportunities to evolve their Shared Services organisation and enable transformation, whilst helping show others the way, through their vision.

Future Vision: Empower Your Success Award

This award recognises a member or member organisation who are helping to shape the future of their Shared Services organisation through their own 'Empower Your Success' strategy. They will have a clear vision and plan they are delivering to evolve a dynamic, resilient workforce that can adapt quickly and drive innovation forward. Their organisation approach and people strategy will be the key to solving tomorrow’s problems, through a truly enabled workforce that thrives through empowerment.

Wellbeing Impact Award

Shared Services Sustainability Award

This award acknowledges a member organisation that has created a culture of Sustainability at work, building Shared Services value and culture through their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, in supporting their organisation, to balance People, Purpose and Planet for the future.

Customer Collaboration Award

This award will recognise a team that has delivered outstanding services to their 'customers' over that last 12 months (as attested by Customers), through the positive impact from effective relationships, collaborative ways of working, problem solving, continuous improvement and demonstrating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ethos.

Member Contribution of the year Award
