We are excited to announce that nominations for the Future Vision awards 2025 are now open!! Our favourite time of the year when we get to celebrate you, your teams and organisations for your all your achievements and hard work throughout the year.

We have our 3 core awards for Community, Leadership and Evolution, our conference theme award INNOVATE REGENERATE, and we are delighted to share we have 5 brand new award categories:

COMMUNITY AWARD

This award recognises an individual or team who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.

LEADERSHIP AWARD

This award celebrates a leader who has shown exceptional commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture by demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities, leading by example, supporting and coaching others to reach their potential. This leader inspires others through their behaviours, actions, initiatives, and dedication to energise their teams to achieve their goals and ambitions.

EVOLUTION AWARD

This award recognises an individual or team who continue to boldly pave a new way in their shared service centre, driving organisational growth and success. This can be through various projects, fostering career development, creating new innovations or disrupting established norms. They are not afraid to step outside their comfort zone to achieve great things and push the boundaries and exemplify excellence in action.

INNOVATE REGENERATE AWARD (conference theme)

This award recognises an individual or team that has created a culture of sustainability within shared services, driving value that supports the wider organisations goals to prioritise a mindset change to align People, Planet and Purpose, now and for the future.

WELLBEING IMPACT AWARD

This award recognises an individual that has shown exceptional dedication and effectiveness in promoting workplace wellbeing. The individual will be able to showcase their collaboration and innovation, that has successfully developed and executed pathways that nurture wellbeing. The framework will highlight efforts to support employee health, resilience, and overall wellbeing with their shared service centre.

SHARED SERVICE CENTRE OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award recognises a shared service centre which is making an impact within their organisation. Their journey to date reflects where their actions and achievements, challenges and opportunities build towards making a difference. Their story not only stands to inspire others in the forum but demonstrates the true value successful shared services centres deliver to their organisation

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award recognises a team that has delivered service excellence from their AP function and has made significant contributions to their shared service organisation this year. They have made a positive impact through outstanding project delivery and a strong team spirit. This can be demonstrated through projects, initiatives or enablement’s which streamline processes that create efficient and effective outcomes which ultimately creates insight and value for their organisation

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award recognises a team that has delivered service excellence from their AR function and has made significant contributions to their shared service organisation this year. They have made a positive impact through outstanding project delivery and a strong team spirit. This can be demonstrated through projects, initiatives or enablement’s which streamline processes that create efficient and effective outcomes which ultimately creates insight and value for their organisation

PAYROLL TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award recognises a team that has delivered service excellence from their payroll function and has made significant contributions to their shared service organisation this year. They have made a positive impact through outstanding project delivery and a strong team spirit. This can be demonstrated through projects, initiatives or enablement’s which streamline processes that create efficient and effective outcomes which ultimately creates insight and value for their organisation

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award recognises and acknowledges the pivotal role that customer service plays in shaping reputation, success, and overall customer satisfaction from building collaborative relationships. It emphasises the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and highlights a team who consistently go the extra mile to ensure customers feel valued and heard.

MOST INSPIRING EMPLOYEE OF YEAR AWARD

This award celebrates an outstanding employee who embodies excellence, dedication, and positivity in every aspect of their work. This individual consistently goes the extra mile, inspiring and uplifting their colleagues with their unwavering commitment and contagious enthusiasm. They set a high standard, not just in performance but in fostering a supportive and motivating environment for all. A true role model, their actions and attitude shine brightly, making a significant impact on the team.

We also have the Wellbeing Impact Award, Customer Collaboration Award and Most Inspiring Employee of Year Award.

Please email your nominations to Events@sharedservicesforumuk.com including a brief description of who you are nominating and why, along with a photograph of the nominee.

Please note it is one nomination per category for each member organisation and the same person cannot be nominated for more than 1 award.  Please keep your description to no more than 250 words, any words above this will not be included.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY MEMBER ORGANISATIONS THAT NOMINATE CAN ATTEND THE AWARDS DINNER!!
Nominations will close on Monday July 7th voting will then begin via the website on Monday 14th and close on July 25 and we look forward to celebrating with you on the evening of November 11th at Chester Cathedral!!
