We are excited to announce that registration for this year's annual conference and nominations for the Future Vision Awards 2024 will open this June.
This year our flagship event is taking place at the iconic Aintree Racecourse on November 12th and 13th and the Future Vision Awards will take place on the evening of day 1.
The categories are the same as last year with our updated conference theme award.
COMMUNITY AWARD
Someone who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.
LEADERSHIP AWARD
Someone who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to their team.
EVOLUTION AWARD
Someone who has embraced change, technology or other opportunities to create transformation and helped show others the way, through their vision.
YOUR CULTURE YOUR DNA
Embedding values in the DNA of an organisation is core to creating a game-changing work environment that helps maximise performance and ensure lasting impact.
Prioritising focus on organisational DNA as the foundation stone of an enabling and inclusive culture is key to attracting and retaining talent, fostering innovation and thriving in today's competitive business landscape. WELLBEING IMPACT AWARD
Recognising a member organisation that has made a collaborative effort to embed a culture of Wellbeing at work, that is valued by their team members as a game-changer; helping boost engagement, team spirits, productivity, and personal development through the prioritisation of employee wellbeing.
SHARED SERVICES SUSTAINABILITY AWARD
This award acknowledges a member organisation that has created a culture of Sustainability in Shared Services, driving value that supports the wider organisations goals to prioritise and balance People, Purpose and Planet for now and the future.
CUSTOMER COLLABORATION AWARD
This award will recognise a team that has delivered outstanding services to their 'customers' over that last 12 months (as attested by Customers), through the positive impact from effective relationships, collaborative ways of working, problem solving, continuous improvement and demonstrating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ethos.
RISING STAR AWARD
This award will celebrate a team player who has been working in shared services for no more than five years, but who has already had a considerable impact & influence within their shared service centre.
