Hello everyone,
There is so much going on in front and behind the scenes at the forum right now! Where do I start?
We enjoyed a brilliant Leaders event last Monday, so many positive comments received with many delegates saying it was the 'best leaders event ' they had been to.
We did have some brilliant speakers though, add the superb venue, great food, a private showing in the planetarium, excellent networking facilities into the mix and we have to agree that the positive reviews were well deserved.
We have also had two extremely successful networks events in June, our HR and Lean events were very well received. We try and make these events 'worth leaving the office for' focusing on the ethos of the forum and relevant topics. If there is anything you wish to discuss in your particular network, please drop me a line and we will put it on the agenda.
Our second P2P meeting takes place tomorrow at McBride Business Services and Anne-Charlotte and Lisa, our new Network Chairs, have pulled out all the stops for an interesting and interactive session. We are lucky also to have Sonia Bate from Edit Development presenting again for us for a second time this week. Awesome!
And...last but not least, we have set the date for the launch of our Digital Network . I have written out to all asking if you are currently leading your organisation through a digital transformation journey, if so, then we would love you to be part of this. If you are interested, please drop me a line to register your attendance.
Did I say last? What about the annual conference? More to follow on this but the important bit is to pencil those dates in your diaries, 8th and 9th of October, back at the fabulous Hilton, Manchester for a 2 day event this time, incorporating the pre-conference dinner and awards night. Have we got something up our sleeves for you this time!
