Hello everyone,
Hopefully, all leaders have now received the email in regard to our 2018 Annual Conference. Information on how to nominate employees for the network sessions and to register are included, if you haven't, please let me know.
This year, conference will be held over a 2 day period:
Day 1 of the conference (12-5pm, October 8th) will be focussed on the Forum’s six Networks, with each Network Chair curating a programme designed to meet the needs of their particular group in an afternoon of ‘Network Exchange Sessions’.
Day 2 (9-5pm, October 9th) will present you with the opportunity to hear from four leading keynote speakers, both from within the shared services community and from the wider business world, who will share their knowledge and experiences of the fast changing workspace in which we all operate.
As a valued member of the Forum, you are entitled to nominate members of your team for each of the six Network sessions. Places are limited and to avoid any disappointment, please register at your earliest convenience after the opening date. The Network Chairs are all currently putting together some excellent agendas.
We have two exciting developments to tell you about here aswell. HR will merge with Payroll and both networks will become one. We will launch this at conference and take it through to 2019 and beyond. The Network Chairs will ensure that the agenda includes topics of interest for both HR and Payroll matters.
We are also very excited to launch our Digital Network and I have reached out to all Leaders and Transformation Specialists who wish to take part. This is going to be a very interesting session...
As part of your SSF UK membership subscription, each leader is entitled to a place at the Awards Dinner, (info out shortly) and 5 places in total, at conference on 9th October.
