Anxiety is something we all experience at times particularly during periods of pressure or uncertainty. However, when it begins to affect our ability to focus, engage or manage everyday situations, it’s important to understand what support is available and how we can respond.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week taking place next week May 11th - 17th, wellbeing collaborators, CIC Wellbeing, will be focusing on one of the most common and often misunderstood aspects of mental health - anxiety
They will be hosting an online webinar on Thursday May 14th from 11am - 12pm. This session will provide valuable insight into how anxiety shows up in our day-to-day lives and the impact it can have when left unchecked, exploring practical ways to recognise and manage anxiety, helping to build awareness, confidence and resilience. It’s an opportunity for members to take a step back, reflect, and gain tools that can be applied both personally and within the workplace.
At SSF UK, we continue to prioritise wellbeing across our membership community, encouraging open conversations and providing access to expert-led support. Sessions like this are designed to create space for learning, reflection and shared understanding.
We encourage all members to join us for this important conversation.
