Member engagement is important to us at SSF UK, it’s how we build real relationships, understand your organisation and journey, and make sure SSF UK delivers value where it matters most. That’s why Member Engage continues to be a core part of what we do: purposeful conversations with members, online and in person, that keep our membership community connected and our support relevant.
Member Engage is a chance to catch up properly. We sit down with you and your teams, at your Shared Service Centre or via a quick online session and listen. What are you working on right now? What’s changing in your organisation? Where are the wins, and where do you need more support? These conversations help us see the full picture, so the events we deliver really deliver and provide the insights and takeaways you need.
Its a conversation over coffee. You share what’s on your roadmap, what projects you are working on, and what you want us to focus on next. We take that insight straight back into our planning to shape our themes, agendas, conversations and practical resources that add value for you and our organisation.
Member Engage is also about making sure you are getting everything you need from your membership. We will surface opportunities you might not be using yet, connect you with the right networks and peers, and highlight ways to get involved that align with your priorities. If there is a gap, we will work on it. If something’s working brilliantly, we will amplify it.
What we love most about these sessions is the momentum they create. A quick online conversation can spark a new connection or a focused follow‑up. An on‑site visit can turn into a centre spotlight, or a network session shaped around your challenges. Step by step, Member Engage keeps our whole shared service community moving forward together.
Whether we meet across a coffee table at your centre or on virtual meet up, Member Engage is your space to be heard and our commitment to stay close, stay useful and stay member‑led.
Ready to book a Member Engage session, online or at your Shared Service Centre? Get in touch and we will find a time that works for your team. Let’s make sure you are getting the most from your membership in 2026 and that your voice and needs help shape what’s next for SSF UK.
